Privacy policy

Market Mood IndexX uses deterministic demonstration market data on the public website. It does not collect personal financial information and does not include user accounts or analytics.

Email subscriptions

If you join the early-access email list, Market Mood IndexX collects your email address, consent record, subscription status, confirmation timestamps, source page, and security tokens stored only as cryptographic hashes. This information is used to confirm your subscription, send subscription-related email, and process unsubscribe requests.

You can choose update topics: India Market, Global Crypto, or both. Existing subscribers are kept on India Market only unless they voluntarily select Global Crypto later. Topic preferences are stored as auditable consent records.

Email subscription is based on your consent. You must confirm by email before the subscription becomes active, and every welcome or future alert email includes an unsubscribe link.

SMTP delivery is handled through Hostinger. Subscriber records are stored in this project's protected PostgreSQL database.

Optional phone number

A phone number is optional and is collected only for possible future WhatsApp market updates. No WhatsApp messages, SMS messages or OTPs are sent in this release.

WhatsApp consent is separate from email consent and is required only if you provide a phone number. Phone numbers are encrypted at rest and are also represented by a keyed duplicate-detection hash. The complete phone number is not stored in plaintext.

Phone numbers are not sold. Until self-service phone-preference management is implemented, you can withdraw WhatsApp consent by contacting support@marketmoodindexx.in.

What is not collected

Market Mood IndexX does not collect phone numbers unless you voluntarily provide one. It does not collect financial information, brokerage details or payment data.

Operations and security

Basic server logs may exist for security and operations. These logs can include request time, URL, IP address, user agent and status code, but the application avoids logging complete email addresses, complete phone numbers, verification tokens or unsubscribe tokens.
